Workplace abuse can occur in any environment and appear as manipulation, bullying, abuse of power, and harassment. When someone experiences abuse in the workplace, it can affect not only their ability to function at work but their home life, relationships, and identity.

This 10-week all-genders therapy group will bring together survivors of workplace abuse into a space where they can support each other, process their trauma, and reclaim their power.



Lewis will use interpersonal discussion, psychoeducation, and experiential approaches throughout this group experience.
